Dv\u011b z nich jsou “soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed” a “motivace”.<\/p>\n

Historie je pln\u00e1 lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed v tv\u00e1\u0159 ne\u00fasp\u011bch\u016fm, rozpt\u00fdlen\u00ed a roztr\u017eitosti p\u0159esto z\u016fstali na sv\u00e9 cest\u011b a dos\u00e1hli sv\u00fdch sn\u016f bez ohledu na p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky, kter\u00e9 jim st\u00e1ly v cest\u011b.<\/p>\n

Kdo to byl? Dr. Seuss a jeho “Zelen\u00e1 vejce a \u0161unka” byli odm\u00edtnuti 27 r\u016fzn\u00fdmi vydavateli je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e se z nich stala d\u011btsk\u00e1 liter\u00e1rn\u00ed p\u0159edloha, kterou jsou dnes. Sir James Dyson na sv\u00e9 cest\u011b k vytvo\u0159en\u00ed vysava\u010de sp\u00e1lil sv\u00e9 celo\u017eivotn\u00ed \u00faspory a v\u00edce ne\u017e 5100 prototyp\u016f. P\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e Oprah Winfrey inspirovala miliony lid\u00ed na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b, ji jej\u00ed prvn\u00ed producent shledal “nevhodnou pro televizi” a na m\u00edst\u011b ji vyhodil.<\/p>\n

\nChcete v\u011bd\u011bt v\u00edc?
\nNe\u017e se stala prvn\u00ed miliard\u00e1\u0159kou na sv\u011bt\u011b, napsala J. K. Rowlingov\u00e1 s\u00e9rii o Harrym Potterovi jako svobodn\u00e1 matka na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch. Ne\u017e Michael Jordan z\u00edskal 6 titul\u016f v NBA, nebyl dost dobr\u00fd na to, aby se dostal do sv\u00e9ho st\u0159edo\u0161kolsk\u00e9ho basketbalov\u00e9ho t\u00fdmu. Ne\u017e se stal nejplodn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm hollywoodsk\u00fdm filma\u0159em, Stevena Spielberga znovu a znovu (a znovu!) odm\u00edtali na filmov\u00e9 \u0161kole.<\/p>\n

Velk\u00fd “odboj\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd” drak: Odv\u00e1d\u00ed pozornost od na\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ce<\/p>\n

Jak je tedy mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed z n\u00e1s z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed a motivovan\u00ed, a\u0165 se d\u011bje, co se d\u011bje, zat\u00edmco jin\u00ed z n\u00e1s nevydr\u017e\u00ed u \u00fakolu d\u00e9le ne\u017e deset minut?<\/p>\n

Ve sv\u00e9m bestselleru z oblasti literatury faktu “The War Of Art: (autor knih Legenda o Baggeru Vanceovi a Br\u00e1ny ohn\u011b) popisuje velk\u00fd boj, kter\u00e9mu \u010del\u00ed v\u0161ichni tv\u016frci, podnikatel\u00e9, sportovci a um\u011blci.<\/p>\n

Pressfield p\u0159edkl\u00e1d\u00e1 onen “odpor”, univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed (i kdy\u017e metaforickou) s\u00edlu, kter\u00e1, jak m\u016f\u017eete podle n\u00e1zvu uhodnout, h\u00e1z\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9mu tv\u016frci do cesty p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eku za p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ekou, a\u0165 u\u017e jde o psan\u00ed rom\u00e1nu, malov\u00e1n\u00ed mistrovsk\u00e9ho d\u00edla nebo budov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9ho podniku.<\/p>\n

Odpor slou\u017e\u00ed jedin\u00e9mu \u00fa\u010delu: udr\u017eet status quo. Pokud svou pr\u00e1ci neud\u011bl\u00e1me, mise je spln\u011bna. Od prokrastinace, p\u0159es vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed strachu a \u00fazkosti, probouzen\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00edho odp\u016frce a\u017e po otev\u0159en\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1lo\u017eky prohl\u00ed\u017ee\u010de – odpor ukazuje svou drsnou tv\u00e1\u0159 mnoha zp\u016fsoby.<\/p>\n

Jde o to, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd “tv\u016frce” a “vykonavatel” na tomto sv\u011bt\u011b, v\u010detn\u011b samotn\u00e9ho Stevena Pressfielda, mus\u00ed bojovat s odporem. Bez ohledu na p\u0159edchoz\u00ed \u00fasp\u011bchy nen\u00ed nikdo imunn\u00ed. Abychom mohli “d\u011blat svou pr\u00e1ci”, uskute\u010d\u0148ovat sv\u00e9 sny a r\u016fst, mus\u00edme ka\u017ed\u00fd den zab\u00edt velk\u00e9ho “draka odporu”.<\/p>\n

Pro\u010d je tajemstv\u00edm \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9ho \u017eivota soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed a sebemotivace?<\/p>\n

Probl\u00e9m je v tom, \u017ee n\u00e1\u0161 sv\u011bt je \u0161v\u00e9dsk\u00fd st\u016fl pln\u00fd rozpt\u00fdlen\u00ed. Proto\u017ee n\u00e1s na\u0161e “neust\u00e1le zapnut\u00e1” digit\u00e1ln\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed bombarduj\u00ed takov\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm obsahu, vycvi\u010dili jsme sv\u016fj mozek, aby ka\u017edou chv\u00edli hledal n\u011bco nov\u00e9ho a z\u00e1\u0159iv\u00e9ho. Drak odporu je siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e kdy jindy. Jeho ohniv\u00fd dech je \u017ehav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e kdy jindy.<\/p>\n

Jak meditace zab\u00edj\u00ed velk\u00e9ho draka “odporu” a obnovuje soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed?
\nJak m\u016f\u017ee meditace soust\u0159edit va\u0161i pozornost a zv\u00fd\u0161it motivaci?
\nJak\u00e9 je tedy \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed?<\/p>\n

Abyste donutili draka spadnout z oblohy, pot\u0159ebujete v p\u0159edn\u00edch lini\u00edch arm\u00e1du vysoce motivovan\u00fdch “voj\u00e1k\u016f pozornosti” s vysoko nam\u00ed\u0159en\u00fdmi ku\u0161emi. Takto to funguje. Kdy\u017e v\u00e1\u0161 mozek pot\u0159ebuje zvl\u00e1dnout p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed podn\u011bty, slou\u017e\u00ed oblast zvan\u00e1 “thalamus” jako “br\u00e1na do v\u011bdom\u00ed”, kter\u00e1 zaji\u0161\u0165uje, aby se do hlub\u0161\u00edch, “v\u00fd\u0161e mysl\u00edc\u00edch” oblast\u00ed, jako je mozkov\u00e1 k\u016fra a podkorov\u00e9 oblasti, dostaly jen d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 v\u011bci.<\/p>\n

N\u00e1\u0161 neust\u00e1le propojen\u00fd a p\u0159estimulovan\u00fd sv\u011bt n\u00e1m thalamus rozbil na ka\u0161i. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee poruchy “rozbit\u00e9ho talamu”, jako je \u00fazkost a ADHD, jsou na vrcholu, je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee se m\u016f\u017eeme bombardovat pouze takov\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm dat, ne\u017e na\u0161e p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 kopule vyv\u011bs\u00ed b\u00edlou vlajku.<\/p>\n

Stejn\u011b tak meditace “proti proudu” filtruje a dola\u010fuje smyslov\u00e1 data dlouho p\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e se jimi n\u00e1\u0161 “p\u0159epracovan\u00fd thalamus” v\u016fbec mus\u00ed zab\u00fdvat.<\/p>\n

Proto\u017ee meditace zachra\u0148uje n\u00e1\u0161 “vstupn\u00ed br\u00e1nu do v\u011bdom\u00ed” thalamus p\u0159ed “smrt\u00ed tis\u00edcem \u0159ez\u016f” na\u0161eho neust\u00e1le propojen\u00e9ho sv\u011bta, m\u00e1 kone\u010dn\u011b \u010das si odpo\u010dinout a zotavit se.
